I heard a report on this just the other day. I can't believe this is still going on. Sorry, I couldn't find a newer link... It is still tied up in the courts... This has been dragging on for so long, that I'm convinced it is exactly the objective; bankrupt the growers, snatch up the farms at bargain basement prices and monopolize the market.
What a gross display of bully tactics. What is going on is appalling at best.
