- 2Posted by khalling 9 years, 2 months agoremember when after the first round of TARP they brought in someone from the dept of treasury and the head of the FED and they said x billion is unaccounted for. where did it go? and they could not answer. As far as I know, it has never been satisfactorily answered. If you responded thusly, you'd be in jail.| Permalink
