According to Gallup Obamas job approval is at 50%. I find this hard to believe. Is it a function of people not paying attention? The media? Poor polling?

I have no doubt he is smart just that he is a lazy incoimpetent dumb ass from a common sense perspective. never ran anything, never had responsibility of other peoples lives. he won't learn because he takes no chances. like that teddy roosevelt quote, "better to try bold things and fail than be a meatball!" my translation

You are correct. An interesting fact is that when I have gone overseas and watched television, I get a totally different view of the US that watching things on our TV at home. Television overseas has programming that shows things we never see. I am always reminded how programmed we are here. Many times I am embarrassed at how stupid we are here in the US.

I agree with what you have here but you missed a couple:
    j) As Mitt Romney said: "There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what. All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it.
    k) George Soros purchased Gallup several years ago and their statistics are worthless. At least when it comes to economics, Politics, and anything that matters to him personally.

I do question his intelligence. He was unqualified when he won in '08. An intelligent person would have learned and would not be making the same mistakes over and over.

This is a Gallup poll. The CEO of Gallup is the one who called them out on the unemployment numbers. We can only wonder if someone "talked" to him.

    Blacks make up 13% not 25 %

Hispanics are a larger portion of the population than blacks at this point.

Electing Obama as president sure WAS historic !! What we got is a very inexperienced but arrogant and petulant black person. Way underqualified in my opinion.

Well, they sure didnt poll ME. I think he is the worst president I have ever seen. Arrogant, petulant, and a brat. It took Putin to put him in his place, which he did very artfully.

Part of it is people not paying attention. I find that when I question most people who don't normally follow politics that they tend to be closer to our views than those of Obama. To me that explains why he has to lie so much.

They will never have term limits. The only way I can ever see it is by 2/3s(?) of the states voting it in.

It knocked my socks off when I first realized that at least half of the country was against what I think. I suspect being a Boy Scout had something to do with my thinking.

Yeah. GE moves jobs over seas and CEO Immelt helps on policy decisions to help create jobs. To be fair I guess they never said where.

It would be interesting to ask the citizens of other countries polled. Say Israel, Germany, France etc. That might give us an idea of the truth of what is being reported by the talking heads. Natch, most citizens, like the U S of A, would have no idea about what they are talking about.
