"Atlas III Announced with a bizarre video promo"

I love reading how people attempt at every turn to discredit the effort of this production team. If this was Jim Carrey or some other bleeding heart liberals making a film like this the video promo would be called "art."

They hate Ayn Rand. Nothing would please them. In fact, if there were a porno film with Ayn Rand's name on it, it would be rejected as disgusting by the left...........even if it had a mass orgy of same sex involvment. That's how bad the situation is from their perspective.

Wow, the comments on that site are really harsh. But then, you can't expect an audience who believe constant gun fights, chase scenes and/or gratuitous nudity are what makes a good movie to understand a movie with a thinking mans message. If only they could enjoy 'our' movie as some of us can enjoy 'theirs.'

We gave them trains crashing into each other and exploding, planes chasing each other thorough valleys with tall mountains on either side, a mine explosion, an oil field burning and an upcoming WMD in the 3rd installment, guess just not enough skin or shoot outs. :/

Or maybe they just hate trains and a movie about an architect would be more to their liking.

I think the concept is fine. the footage they chose to run is a little bizarre. But I am very interested in these early sessions. and would love to see more snippets of them.

Amen. I liked it. I just liked seeing the people who are going to make it happen making the firm decision to move forward. There is something defiant about it which people who don't know the whole story might not understand. The video was made for people like us, and we are not like "them."

Well, if you get the known fans primed early, then there's more time for those to talk and spread the word. I think it was different, but it's a behind the scenes happening that is interesting to many. A different approach.

I watched it. It is weird. A trailer/promo isn't supposed to be producers having a strategy discussion over emotional background music.
I have no idea why this was released. It is way too early to release anything, for one. For two, it can't possibly excite anyone who isn't already primed for part 3.
