Government sets up "customer complaint lines" for illegals

Now non-citizens have a special complaint line for them to voice their dissatisfaction with a government that doesn't represent them.
1. Paraphrasing a Dilbert cartoon: Easiest round of deportations ever. (but it'll never happen)
2. ... but that would be entrapment. (and cast a chilling effect on the legitimate petitioning of government for a redress of grievances)
A government line that doesn't need to go through those annoying language options first....
