I continue to maintain that in looking at the problem of police/citizen shootings, the numbers have never indicated a racial bias, excepting that the number of criminal interactions between police and blacks have always been higher per capita for the black population than for the white population. But shootings and other physical abuse is as likely to occur against a white citizen as against a black citizen. The same number disparity appears just as strongly in jail and prison populations throughout the country.

Are the numbers based on racial differences--No. It's based on the government's generational policies and programs over the years to concentrate blacks in urban area 'housing projects' and to institute welfare systems that reward greatly more children than can be comfortably raised by a black working couple and certainly more than can be appropriately raised by a single woman, herself raised in such a family structure.

But regardless, I doubt the author's study. A Utah paper just released it's own research recently indicating that the DoJ and FBI's statistics are as much as 48% light on just the police forces that voluntarily report such statistics. Until we get real numbers from every source and those numbers are verifiable, we're all just speculating to one extent or the other. But undoubtably, the problem is larger than most of us perceive or want to believe.
