A couple days and he would have owned the week!
I also caught him on Cavuto’s show yesterday. "Crazy smart" was how the Judge was described. They were talking about Gruber. If there is proof that Gruber and others purposely wrote the language in the ACA bill ambiguously in order to confuse the question for the average voter whether or not it was a tax, the Supreme Court can be asked to reexamine it’s ruling.

Roberts waffled because Obama threatened to pack the Supreme Court if it were overturned.

But once the Republican Congress is seated in January, he won't be able to do that. So next summer's case will give them another chance to overturn it, if five Justices really want to (and I expect they will).

Do you think he waffled? I don’t. After hearing the Judge’s explanation of what could happen down the road, I now feel that Roberts may have done the right thing for the right reasons. It’s like he was shouting it out: “It’s lawful because it is a TAX” Remember, the government denied and didn’t want to refer to the mandate as a tax until they had to argue it before the Supreme Court.
Roberts, cold, slap in the face may have actually been an attempt to wake up us to the reality of how badly we had been hood-winked. We are paying attention now.
Next summer’s case is about the subsidies, not about the constitutionality of the entire law. Or is there another case I don’t know about?

Actually, this is the first one of these that I "participated" in and I found the format kind of unsatisfying. I'd rather it be on video or audio. Otherwise just give the guy a free membership to the Gulch and he can comment on anything he wants to whenever he wants to.
