    I would love to work up the outrage, but...whatz-his-face is old new as far as I am concern. He can take his troubles with him. Finally, Maryland has a Republican governor. Good luck, Governor Hogan!

    Had he won the race the loan would have been paid by a 'supporter' gift. No quid pro quo involved. That would be immoral.
