Great article exposing a major flaw in the Constitution: the failure of an enumerated right to property.

And I like the group's name ;)

What I found interesting was that the sole reason for striking down the enforcement of the ESA in this instance was locality, however. If the species had drifted across the Nevada Border, these property owners would still be in the "doghouse".
