news flash femi-nazi, she's ALWAYS been popular. and you know that-cuz you wrote about her so your name would show up higher in the page rankings. Moocher.
here's my favorite part: "a perfect storm of cultural conditions that allowed this Rand boom to take place" namely the majority of people on the internet are affluent, white males. OMG! let's ignore for the moment the fact that there are more females than males in US. Is there nothing these broads won't hang on white males? they should be ashamed of themselves. On the other hand, she mentioned the movie...so there's that

and with little difficulty, I come up with statistics to prove the author wrong:
    http://techcrunch.com/2011/03/20/why-wom...
"Consider some more data. Comscore, Nielsen, MediaMetrix and Quantcast studies all show women are the driving force of the most important net trend of the decade, the social web. Comscore says women are the majority of users of social networking sites and spend 30% more time on these sites than men; mobile social network usage is 55% female according to Nielsen."

Salon is pure pablum... The real meme is that she was "grumpy." She was feisty, determined and filled with righteous indignation. The kind of qualities required to throw off the shackles of oppression.

LOL, definitely funny how perspective makes a difference. Apparently, she feels like Rand has become a feminist icon and is trying to argue why she should not be? Definitely trying to lower ones opinion of AR but I found myself, liking many of the points that to me spoke in AR's favor.... Definitely all about perspective..
