What's an AMA?
AMA stands for "Ask Me Anything." On the day of the AMA, we'll put up a new "AMA" post announcement. You'll then have the opportunity to ask the AMA guest questions in the form of comments on that post. Other Gulch members will vote on those questions. The most popular questions will rise to the top. The scheduled guest will then review and answer questions by responding directly to those comments.

Past AMAs :
- Harmon Kaslow: http://www.galtsgulchonline.com/posts/c0...
- Duncan Scott: http://www.galtsgulchonline.com/posts/3d...

- - - - - - - - - -

How? When? Where?
On December 8th, go to http://galtsgulchonline.com/TheJudgeAMA and your browser will be automatically redirected to the official AMA post where you'll be able to post questions and interact with the judge. The Judge will be here at 1PM ET. The post will be up early to give everyone an opportunity to get there questions posted and to vote on the best ones.

May I suggest this series of youtube videos by Jeff Hymas. I've met Jeff numerous times (he lives in Star Valley, Wyoming) and had many discussions with him at Tea Party meetings two years ago. He is funded by the John Birch Society and makes these presentations around the state. The core belief of the presentations is that a thorough understanding of the Constitution by everyone will allow rational actions and voting. His presentations are short, thorough and enlightening for anyone that wants a great explanation of the Constitution. He is not a lawyer which supports the idea that the Constitution is not some obtuse, onerous document that will confuse a normal person. I love his use of quotes from the Founding Fathers for clarification for each of the "clauses" that are so wrongly posited by too many "experts": supremacy clause, general welfare clause, commerce clause, for examples.

He (Beckel) is the poster boy for the "Mystics of Muscle." When he doesn't have an effective intellectual argument (usually the case), defame or intimidate the messenger... The others on the show need an example to keep it exciting. Fortunately he is transparent and ignorant of his ineffectual ignorance.

ugh...Bob Beckel. Ever notice how when he has no facts he just gets angry and loud and says things like "that's ridiculous" or "You gotta be kidding me"... or name calling, typical liberal world class ASS.

Awesome! I can't wait. The man should be POTUS, or at least Attorney General... We have suffered so much worse.

You do have a DVR, don't you? I like the Five, especially when everyone gangs up on Bob Beckel. He flipped one of the hosts the bird a week or so ago. Priceless!

Government is kinda like chemotherapy. A little might save you, but too much won't save you more, it makes you even sicker.

One of the best things I ever saw on TV was this Judge explaining the 18 enumerated powers of Congress, and explaining that almost everything they do in recent years (decades) is outside their Constitutional authority.

I have this nagging fear of our legal system nowadays. I feel better when cops are NOT around, particularly on the streets and highways. I feel that the government is now my enemy and the least contact I have with it, the better.

I've been wanting to interact with the Judge for a long, LONG time. In fact, I wrote a character sketch mentioning him. Here it is:

That's right: if a real-life Gulch were to have a real-life Judge Narragansett, that judge would be Judge Andrew P. Napolitano.

Great choice in getting him to come on. Like some others, I loved Freedom Watch and was extremely disappointed when Fox took it off air. My other favorite Eric Bolling got downgraded also to being a rotating personality and being on The Five. The only thing I am disappointed with is the time slot as I live in the Mountain West time zone and 1 to 2 ET is 3 to 4 MT out here and I don't get off work until 4:00. So, I will have to miss it, sucks.
