One of the authors of common core said he wrote it to end white privilege

Ok, this is what the real ADMITTED AGENDA behind common core is. He said it out loud! And the reaction of the crowd is pretty telling about what they think of his reason for agreeing to help author this pile of steaming offal.
'Whites' or 'Caucasians' have been more successful due to their environmental selection pressures - living in temperate climate conditions has promoted long-term planning.
Those that could organise the resources ( food, shelter, etc) necessary for survival during the cold winters survived at the expense of those that didn't bother to plan ahead, and their representation in the gene pool is strengthened.
This is stronger in those coming from that climate zone, but doesn't preclude this lesson from being copied by other people.
I need to rewrite it to clarify the point I am trying to make.
I need to mention that it is a cultural advantage/lesson that is learned by one group before being recognised and applied by other groups.
It is mediated by the climate and terrain induced relative scarcity or abundance of food and availability and accessibility of resources.
The Chinese have plenty of coal, yet the British are the ones to use it in their world-altering Industrial Revolution (built on the adoption and implementation of foreign and native invention and insight).
Trade-related diffusion of ideas that aren't adopted has severely impacted the Chinese. After inventing gunpowder but only using it for fireworks, while the Europeans invented guns and used them to impose their will; after possible sea voyage discovery missions to Africa and Australia returning fauna, yet an sucession of the Chinese Emperor to a guy that had the bad policy of excluding the world outside the boundaries of his control, destroying/ denying access to knowledge of its occurance.
The patchwork of European kingdoms that fought for superiority and control over each other versus a central monarchy that didn't face opposition and the necessity to adopt the better technologies. (Until the Americans invited Deng to rub his face in the comparative living standards of the people versus the elites, the Chinese didn't seem as interested in reviewing the advances made by those living in a community heavily dominated by European (caucasian) ancestry.)
I needed to add that the occurance of long-term planning strengthens its occurance in the Caucasian genepool, yet its appearance is that of a doubled curve "bell curve" - the outliers on either end are more numerous than the middle of the curve, effectively inverting it.
thanks to the productivity gains :):) and the implementation of the Welfare state :( that have made the curve more stark.
I challenge your assumption that "Poverty will always exist." Capitalism has made enormous strides in making absolute poverty(subsistence day-to-day living) a distant memory.
Relative poverty is distinct issue, with some groups able to build upon the success of preceeding generations, while others use ENVY as their justification for tearing down the 1%. (where fortunes have been built rather than stolen, measures need to be put in place to protect the wealth created)
This had nothing whatsoever to do with their gene pool, it had everything to do with their institutions, including and most importantly-patents.
Capitalism DOES make significant headway against poverty and could wipe it from the face of the Earth. But capitalism is no longer practiced in the US. Therefore, a system of slavery-your tax dollars leave you against your will and part of that is transferred to fight poverty-billions and billions each year, and Africa does not improve out of poverty. Our own nation's poverty level has risen.
