Did anyone lie to us about ACA?

Meet Jonathan Gruber, a professor at MIT and an architect of Obamacare. During a panel event last year about how the legislation passed, turning over a sixth of the U.S. economy to the government, Gruber admitted that the Obama administration went through "tortuous" measures to keep the facts about the legislation from the American people, including covering up the redistribution of wealth from the healthy to the sick in the legislation that Obamacare is in fact a tax. The video of his comments just recently surfaced ahead of the second open enrollment period for Obamacare at Healthcare.gov.

Which was very easy to do, since much of the public are sheople that will believe whatever is told to them, particularly when they are told they will be getting something for "free."

"Does this particular end justify this particular means?" Saul Alinsky Rules For Radicals
For 100 years or more, Marxists/Socialists have lied, cheated, stolen, and deceived in order to achieve their goal of turning America into a Socialist Utopia. Obamacare is the crowning achievement of the crappy current crop of communists.

People forget some of the "tortuous measures" like Sen. Ben Nelson (D-NE)'s "Cornhusker Kickback" and Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL)'s "Gator Aid", which was a grandfather clause that would protect Florida's Medicare Advantage program. The bribery was rampant.

We knew this. We knew this when the Supreme Court ruled on it. If it weren’t a ‘tax’ it wouldn’t haven’t survived the lawsuit against the constitutionality. Bait and switch. They just managed to keep the public in the dark with blatant lies till it went to court.

As I said in another post, people thought the increased claims from covering more people would be paid for by pixie dust and are shocked to learn it takes money.

There were many sounding the alarm but it did not matter. They were hell bent on ramming this down our throats because it was a key ingredient to fundamentally changing America.
