It said I was George Washington. Maybe because I said that I would fix the economy???

Arron Burr, because as vice president, he had the guts to shoot Alexander Hamilton. The very liberal Hamilton used unfounded personal attacks against Burr who opposed, among many other things that Hamilton wanted, the setup of a National Bank so that the government could immediately start printing phony money. I recommend reading a great biography of Burr called "Fallen Founder" by Nancy Isenberg

Be proud to be Jefferson as one of the most intelligent people ever to be involved in our government.

I came up with Jefferson. I admire Jefferson's intellect, but I would prefer Thomas Paine. I lean towards his kind of radical. When I write emails to my Congress person and Senators they're on the smouldering side. But, in the long run I'll go for Guns, Ammo and Body Armor.

I am Ben Franklin. Although I lean toward feisty John Adams. But still, there is no doubt in my mind that the greatest founder was George Washington. Any argument?

Score another Benjamin. (As a capitalist, an inventor, and an imagineer, I can dig it... but I never liked some of his "limited income" schemes...)

    I'm a Franklin, You're a Franklin, He's a Franklin, She's a Franklin, Wouldn't you like to be a Franklin, too?

A strong woman in any era but for that time she was unique. History has not given her the credit she deserves.

    Hello BeenThere,
Adams was not a bad founder, but he was human like the others and had his own shortcomings. The Alien and Sedition Acts was his biggest mistake IMHO. Fortunately Jefferson and Madison took care of that.
    Respectfully,
    O.A.

Abigail not only tended the family farm during John's frequent and lengthy absences, she was his confidant and sounding-board. She had a mind and wasn't afraid to use it.

Based on the book written by Pittsburgh native David McCullough. Thank you for mentioning it. The book and the mini series were excellent.

BTW, the John Adams (Paul Giamatti) miniseries is excellent; it highlights Abigail's (Laura Linney) contributions very well.

I got to the first question, "What would you change if you were president?" and decided not to play. All the choices were illegitimate, as NO president should have power over any of the options. I don't take phony tests. If I was any of them I would be John Locke.

The Progressive mantra is that ALL Founding Fathers owned slaves. I heard Chris Mathews say that one night and freaked out. He should and probably knows better.
