It was Harry Reid (the Dems) who removed the supermajority filibuster level, not the republicans. In fact, that other moron, Mitch McConnell, has said that he'd re-install the supermajority.

    But, that said, I wish her a long life (3 more yrs would be sufficient). I don't think that the wimpy R's would stand in the way of another wacko like Ginsburg, only much younger and therefore a much longer impact on law.

    She’s just reacting negatively and defensively to all the calls for her to step down by her own party. The SCOTUS judges should not make personal career decisions for the sake of a political party, otherwise, they are in the wrong profession as well as being amoral. They serve the people.
