People Melting Down

So, recently I took an inventory of the people in my life and realized that probably a majority of them are mentally self-destructing. The examples are endless. One of my best buddies just finally dumped a live-in girlfriend who's a drunk, angry narcissist. Got her out of the house and he moved out of state. Only a month later he just bought another house with her and is moving back in with her...after years of complaining about her. When I called him on it he said, "It's a trial." This guy is like a brother to me but I can only put distance between us anymore. A few years ago I told him, "You've been complaining about her for years yet won't do anything about it. I think you like it." He shouted, "I know! What the hell is wrong with me!?" My son is dealing with major anxiety as his high school graduation is approaching. He's doing fine, but seems to be experiencing OCD-like anxiety over little things. Come to find out that many of his classmates are going through the same thing: anxiety, vomiting, unable to go to school. My mom...She's never been a dummy. I had to tell her to stop bringing up politics, Trump or vaccines. She watches CNN and has lost her f'n mind. She'll call up and start screaming at me about Trump. I say, "I'm not voting for him" but it doesn't slow her down for a second. Insane behavior. Many, probably half, of my daughter's friends in school are trans. These are adolescents. I have one friend I've known for many years who is quite stable, doing well. I brought this up to him and he notices it. I said, "I'm finding that, more and more, I'm having to approach people I care about as though they've lost their marbles." I have to do that a lot lately. My wife's best friend was the first one, about four years ago. She completely flipped out - started screaming at me at the top of her lungs when I hadn't said a word. Then launched horrific accusations toward me in a texted rant to my wife. My attorney buddy said to toss her from our lives and we did. Now, I understand she'll tell people bad falsehoods about me but apparently most realize she's nuts. I don't understand what's going on - this apparent inability to relax and see reality. It's a massive pandemic of this going on. I mentioned to my wife..."Is it 5G? Is it something in the water?" She sees it too. Our circle of friends is drifting off in all kinds of illogical drama. Me? I'm working still...making great money. Quitting early today to get the boat out on a gorgeous nearby lake to fish for trout with a beer in my hand and a smile on my face. Now...I'm the weirdo.

Insanity does seem to be everywhere. Part of the problem I see is that it takes real work to see both sides of an issue. Most people are too busy (and/or too lazy) to do that leg work.

If all you do is tune in to the mainstream news, the doom and gloom is bound to get to you. (they say ...) climate change is going to kill us all with tornadoes and hurricanes. You can't leave the house without getting shot at. You can't even know what sex you are by looking in the mirror. And of course if Trump gets elected it will be 'the end of democracy'.

And the schools, in many cases only re-enforce those fears.

Faced with that scenario, I'm not surprised that kids graduating high school are terrified of going out in the 'real world'. Or, perhaps even worse recently, going to a college where it's ok to say 'death to America'.

I'm thinking of giving every new grad I get a graduation notice from, a copy of Atlas Shrugged. I doubt many will read it, even fewer will 'get it', but maybe it will plant a seed.

I am quite positive there was a snide comment by some CIA jack wagon in the late 50's early 60's who's said (not an exact quote) "When the (US) people are so divided they can't agree on anything, we have succeeded."
It took 'em a while, but here we are.

Will the peoples desperation make them fall into the loving arms of a global governance? A Global currency?

Sure has that smell to it.

I grew up poor, there was no where to go but up. I was brought up with a close family and a close relationship to god. Even with all the craziness around me, given my past, It's easy for me to stay grounded.
Things would have to get pretty bad for me to have to go back to living a housing project with no car, no tv, (no artificial entertainment,) and only a few days worth of meager food in the pantry.
I know how bad, bad can get. Been there, done that.
I think many folks in this country have had it a little too cushy (in my humble estimation). Now things are getting real, and some folks are having a hard time with it.
I get it, It's hard when you fall. But when you start from the bottom, you damn sure appreciate whatever heights you make. I never take my rise for granted. I thank the Lord every day.

Faith used to be taken for granted

was talking to the other step-daughter's kids a few months ago, i mentioned that people have Souls
        that asked what that was
and these kids go to some form of "church"
but their "church" is more of a group of people that a Place of Faith. there are UN flags in it, i've been to it, do not like it (as a House of God)

i was raised Catholic, left them do to the continued failures of the men of that church, not God, now they have a commie bishop of rome

but i see hope, like the guys that defended the US Flag at the University

First....I am not a Bible thumping holy roller. But, I do have beliefs. I tend to keep my beliefs to myself. Sort of a conversation with myself and ???. Several years ago, I read a book by Jonathan Cahn The Harbinger. He weaved a story that I found interesting with religous overtones. Now, years later I am reading another of his books...Return of the Gods. Have not finished it yet. Interesting to compare things going on today with history. I am not sure to trust "organized religion" that exists today. In light of conditions in Israel, it is interesting to read Cahn's stories.

Many years ago I (as far as I know) was one of the very first to make a discovery. I mention it here because I hear people talking about the vaccination. What I found points to not the c19 vax, but the childhood vaccination schedule. I found that a child born from a clean mother into a clean environment would be loaded with: arsenic, antimony, bismuth, lead, mercury, and (a lot of) aluminum at one year old. Guess what those do to a person's brain. The term "mad hatter" I've been told is due to arsenic. A descendent of Lewis (of Lewis and Clark...this kid was a student at my alma matter) told me that Lewis succumbed to arsenic poisoning and blew his brains out. Aluminum is a well-known neurotoxin and mercury is arguably the worst. Now, it was known at the time that the childhood vaccine schedule was loaded with some of these elements. In my generation, in 1971 there was one vaccine before kindergarten - small pox (which was removed in 71). Now a child receives close to 40 vaccines by the time they're two years old if they follow the schedule. I was working with an infamous pediatrician from New Mexico who did the math and showed that the amounts of these toxins in the childhood vaccine schedule far exceeded the EPA MCLs. I think it's very, very possible that this is a major problem. It's not the entire problem. But...if they're not looking at this, you can rest assured the government will never address this widespread mental decay. And, I'm not saying that vaccines were to blame for all those toxins. But, researchers have failed to link the source of ANY of these toxins. Mercury and aluminum - Yes, those are in the adjuvant and preservative. What I discovered back then has been repeated many times since by others. I'm currently reading "The Indoctrinated Brain" and I think it will shed some light.

Mad hatters disease was due to mercury poisoning from the mercury nitrate vapors used in the process of curing the felt.

I am in awe and highly suspicious of the sheer number of vaccines mandated to infants and very young children. It's a crime in of itself.

I do believe that leftism is a vaccination disease.

I share much of your observation, Abaco. Something just isn't right or, rather, a number of somethings aren't right adding up to the disorder we are witnessing. If you've seen the movie "The Replacements", we seem to be in quicksand, especially at the leadership levels, and we could use some "Heart".

Edit add: From a US perspective those fraternity guys that raised the flag, in the face of the Palestinian protesters, recently have some heart. So it's not all lost.

The so-called Greatest Generation fought WW2
they did not want their kids and grand-kids to go through another Great Depression and World War

    their "solution" failed however
    they trusted government
they went to back to sleep, thinking all was ok, the Adults were in charge.

not seeing the rot that had set into the democrat part, long before WW2 started, with FDR and others allowing commie spies all over our nation.
(the Venona Project shows the number of soviet agents, when it was discovered that the US Army was intercepting soviet messages in WW2, they were told to stop)

Korea help start the rot, with a war not fought to win. Vietnam and its lies (for the left) and how that was fought (hard to win a war when you do not invade the enemy's nation) just made it worse (that the fools in the universities, lead by their commie teachers, did not care or know why that war was fought, did not help matters
(a united nation would have likely had a different result, 3,000,000 people would not have had to be murdered by commies when the US was forced out)

Ah, FDR, the Marxist millionaire. He allowed the Frankfurt Institute for Social Research to relocate here when Hitler kicked them out.
Where did they settle? NYC. Columbia University, to be precise.
As you can see by today's headlines of the shenanigans at Columbia, they did their work well.

        Add chemtrails,pharmaceuticals, and Roundup/GM foods.
Many man-made factors (that could be deliberate or accidental) broadly affecting the rational thought processes of homo sapiens.
It's almost like a deliberate attempt to modify the earth (and its highest sentient species) for some other species.

I had 'notice past tense?' an acquaintance who is a genius at managing her finances...her solution...other people's money. She got angry with me and started screaming and I quickly shoved her out the door. My parents or grandparents or any relatives, never yelled at me and I refuse to let someone I am acquainted with do so. Talking about strange...a close friend misunderstood a conversation I had with a lawyer who was representing him and he quit speaking to me in 2021...then he showed up at my door last Monday...driving another new car....and asked me to have lunch with him like we'd only been talking that morning??? Not a thing was said about his absence from my life for three years! Duh? I know what you mean by strange behavior...I've experienced some lately. My own son nearly knocked me over too. He has never been 'clingy'....Independent as all get out....and he nearly surprised the daylights out of me by saying, 'You can't buy land on the river and leave me here!' Mr Independent and I don't even live in the same house. I answered him by saying, "Okay I'll buy you a couple of acres beside mine.' That seemed to calm him down. n

I have very similar stories and just like you, I’m confused myself. I own two businesses and we employee several younger people, I was surprised to learn that the vast majority see a weekly phycologist. They all call in for mental health days on occasion. We have young customers that frequent and seem barely able to tie their shoes let alone have a small conversation.

    It’s a mad mad world…

The psyop is way more successful than I thought possible, but this can’t account for the young because they are not even listening to the same news sources, if any at all. I think we are under a psyops to cause contention and to destroy the family. The source of internal family drama that you spoke about but I believe this is simply a distraction to keep us busy.

The vaccine has affected cognition, I think something is happening here. I know the vaccine effects health; I’ve seen the reports and I’ve seen the effects on family and employees that took the jab. I know this isn’t scientific, but observations are the first step in the scientific process. I also believe this is a distraction, keeping our attention away from the truth. Plus, reduced population now only makes it easier to survive what happens next.

The end times prophecy is real, I’m not very religious but I can’t help but notice the similarities. Are these similarities because of the prophecies and simply recorded history of a time people couldn’t explain? Let’s say this happened before, 12,000 years ago, before recorded history, you would be talking about this event verbally for generations and eventually recorded in the bible. I’m also following the magnetic weakening and its unprecedented, no one is speaking about this out of some circles, but it is happening. The effects of cosmic rays on cognition are known, the weakening magnetic field allows more cosmic rays to reach the ground level. Me and my wife noticed this personally a few months ago when North America and Canada had a region of reduced magnetic field strength (lowered pk index) above it, last fall. We leave our house around 5 am and during this time, we both commented on faint flashes of lights we both witnessed. Did some research and this is how I found out about the lowered kp index of north America. It was cosmic rays striking the back of our eyeballs. Look into the weaking magnetic poles and the possible flip that we are currently in the beginning stages of. Its also known that cosmic rays and effect cognition and health… Does our government know this is happening and that everything else is a distraction? Could you imagine what would happen if the world knew what we are all in for if this is true? I would kick the can down the road as long as possible myself before all hell broke loose.

I don’t know what is happening, all I can do is speculate. I’m preparing for a very difficult time ahead because whatever is happening is just starting in my opinion. Water, food, shelter, weapons, knowledge and finally alterative energy sources and transportation that doesn’t require a computer to operate.

Yeah. I think we're heading for some very dark times. Just yesterday I was listening to the facts around the US promoting bird flu virus research in Wuhan starting in 2021!!! If they manage to release a modified version of that and the sequence is one of the lethal ones (and can go human to human) it's all over. Covid will look like Romper Room in comparison.

I have also noticed increasingly dire headlines about bird flu. I think there will be a push to make this the 'next covid' only more so. They want it so terrifying that no one would dare refuse the 'vaccines' they roll out. Or refuse to stay home. Or vote in person?

It reminds me of the phrase from Close Encounters: What I need is something so scary it'll clear three hundred square miles of every living Christian soul.

          Yep. Great movie.

I know viruses fairly well. Covid didn't have me giving my thought to staying home. Bird flu, given the right sequence of it, does. These people are monkeying with real devastation and it's like they don't even know it. I recently helped design a new level-3 lab - they're being built all over as this is the new industry to be in...

I’ve noticed similar weirdness in people over the past many, many years or so with the increasing delusional behavior increasing exponentially as time goes on.

The Second Law of Thermodynamics tells Us that Entropy ( the measure of disorder or chaos within a system) will always increase with time. Things ( peoples minds, for instance) will continue to become more chaotic with the added bonus that one can never put the genie back into the bottle.

The whole world is going nuts and it is going to get even more nuttier. It’s just a simple Law of Physics and a Law of the Universe.

I appreciate that BobCat. It seems that I'm going in the other direction somehow...getting calmer. I think part of that is that I'm now doing work because I love it, as opposed to having to feed my kids and pay the mortgage with it. That helps. But...Maybe that makes me unique enough where I'm the weird one. Reminds me of that old Monty Python skit "Spot the Loony". The loony ends up being the only normal guy in the room. Everybody else is out of their heads.....

Getting calmer. I think that may be the result of being forced to face what you are seeing around yourself and having to decide what for you is right and what is wrong. Once you get THERE, the rest is not so hard. I find myself getting calmer as well, knowing that I don't care how crazy some of my "close" people get, I still am who I am and that's not going to change significantly. At soon to be 75, (ugh) one has to live one's life and let the crazy pass on by. But I will say this: This is NOT how I wanted the final part of my life to be.

Ah. 75. Me too in just a few weeks. Calm and sure of my facts, knowing that only certain people in my ever shrinking circle can be trusted, life certainly isn't what I was expecting at this point, but the unexpected is having some interesting consequences. My mind is clearing as I learn more about the causes of our fall, my ability to respond is constantly improving, I could care less about those who are no longer in my orbit because they thought I was too "radical". Life is most definitely different than even a year ago, but it just doesn't matter. I take care of myself, I watch my group's backs just as they watch mine. The world may come to an end soon, but I can pop some corn, sit back and watch the show. Out there is only important if it tries to get past my guard. Boom. Boom, boom, boom. So there. :)

Yes, it's appalling what has been going on, especially in families. My 52-year-old daughter hasn't spoken to me in almost two years, because I expressed an unwillingness to deny the FACTS around male and female sexes. That was the last straw, but there were quite a few straws before that.

I noticed in the 3-4 years before that happened, she would just go completely off the rails, screaming and yelling, whenever I did the slightest thing that she didn't want me to do (or wouldn't do something she DID want). Remember ....she is a middle-aged woman and I had zero control over her anyway ( and didn't want it either). She also alienated her aunt, her uncle, all her cousins plus their children, her brother, and her own SON. THEN, she divorced her (third) husband because he didn't want an "open" marriage, sold her house and moved 500 miles away, to work at Starbucks, when previously she had a six-figure directorship in a global company.

What happened to her? I really don't know, but I am seeing it in so many places. Some of this did happen simultaneously with her discovery of the "wonders" of marijuana. I have similar oddities (though not estrangement) with other family members, but they deserve their privacy and (somehow) I once saw a discussion from HERE on Facebook. That would be devastating to me. I don't care who knows about my daughter...she should be ashamed of herself, but I am definitely maintaining the privacy of the rest of my family.

“He walked, as if this were his form of last tribute and funeral procession for the young life that had ended in his arms. He felt an anger too intense to identify except as a pressure within him: it was a desire to kill.
The desire was not directed at the unknown thug who had sent a bullet through the boy’s body, or at the looting bureaucrats who had hired the thug to do it, but at the boy’s teachers who had delivered him, disarmed, to the thug’s gun—at the soft, safe assassins of college classrooms who, incompetent to answer the queries of a quest for reason, took pleasure in crippling the young minds entrusted to their care.
Somewhere, he thought, there was this boy’s mother, who had trembled with protective concern over his groping steps, while teaching him to walk, who had measured his baby formulas with a jeweler’s caution, who had obeyed with a zealot’s fervor the latest words of science on his diet and hygiene, protecting his unhardened body from germs—then had sent him to be turned into a tortured neurotic by the men who taught him that he had no mind and must never attempt to think. Had she fed him tainted refuse, he thought, had she mixed poison into his food, it would have been more kind and less fatal.”

I've spoken about my "insane" brother who ticks all of those boxes. I will not talk to him.

I think there are so many variables. I agree that childhood vaccines, food additives (there is a ton of evidence that many of these dyes are horrible for children especially). Cleaners, Solvents, Outgassing Chemicals.

There is a reported group that delivers children and avoids vaccinations. They keep their practice secret for OBVIOUS reasons. They are sitting on evidence that... ZERO cases of Autism in the unvaccinated population. ADHD is 100 times less frequent in that group. So they have 2 patient groups (obviously), and they also see a disturbing trend... That the MORE vaccines you get, the MORE problems develop. We are talking about many thousands of children of decades.

Now. Imagine that they keep their mouths shut.

Alex Jones should have said: It's turning the Frogs TRANS... We see the same thing. NEVER met someone before that was Trans. Then suddenly I personally know 3. And 2 of them are CLEARLY (my non-professional opinion) doing it so that they "have power" over those around them.

The Anxiety thing is real. And I believe it is because the MEDIA has overused "Anxiety Producing Headlines".

We have trimmed a lot of people out of our lives, because of their absolute denialism.

Mark Twain: "It's easier to fool someone, than to show them they have been fooled"

I believe THIS is what we are seeing. These people are being forced to SEE... They were LIKELY WRONG on forced vaxx, Lockdowns, etc. etc. etc. And they are TRYING TO HANG ON TO "We were trying to do the right thing, while you EVIL people were just trying to kill people"

My own (adopted) Mom said (About the MI protestors during Covid): "Our state tracked those idiots cell phones... And now they are dying because they got together. Good!"

Again. BLM Rioting was not worth stopping. But 4th amendment violations, and wishing death on people... That's the Modern Day Liberal viewpoint.

Umm hang on. The most obvious cause of the current state of the USA is...lying Propaganda brought to us by the Soviets, The Chinese, the Iranians, the left, enviro-mentalists, the Democrat party, Socialist policies, gossip shows, education and media. Every socialist or communist country was laid low by propaganda.

I refer you to one of the 10 realities (badly translated as commandments) - Do not bear false witness if you wish to live long and prosper.

Lacking in the United States culture today, is a sense of duty, responsibility and accountability. Instead lazy narcissists insist on “Rights” and “Entitlement” with no responsibility or the need to “suffer” risk, work or even thought.

"One of my best buddies just finally dumped a live-in girlfriend who's a drunk, angry narcissist."

Your best buddy needs a therapist.
It's extremely hard to escape a narcissist's orbit. Lots of them that do, only fall back in at a later date. It's like orbiting a black hole, constantly being drained of your energy and stripped of your being as you circle around.
Narcissists are masters of manipulation, using every trick in the book to keep you under their control.
A therapist could help him see this, and give him the tools to fight back against it.
I wish him good luck. He'll need it.
