And basically Chris did months of research on this, and summarizes the situation.
The Criminals have created new legal terms, and laws to ensure that when things fail... The people at the top take everything, and the suckers (us) will get claims on the thin air that is left over.
The book was an eye opener. But like Chris said... He did not know how "true" everything was. And so he went through the hard work of looking up the various Laws, Codes (UCC), etc. etc. etc. And it's worse than I personally thought it was.
It is well worth the time to watch this. There are a few things you can do. If you have a brokerage. A margin account is very risky, EVEN IF you do not use margin. And a "segregated account" may not give you any additional protection if they decide to POOL all segregated assets, which they can do. And you then get a slice of what they have left there, after the Sr. Claims are paid.
