License to kill... because I want to

Gotta admit this author has a point: when we allow people to prejudicially commit acts of violence under the premise that they will stop later acts of violence, they will use this as license to invent any and all reasons to continue to be violent. There is a reason the US Constitution enshrined a right to trial and conviction prior to punishment and these extremists try to turn that on its head to justify their delusions.

Excellent essay. I've noticed this conundrum for some time - violence for a good cause. Immediately I recognized it as possibly the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Many years ago I remember hearing talk radio phenom Michael Savage say that, "Maybe the best way to prevent crime is to throw the victim in jail. I shoot you and I'm the victim. I stab you and I'm the victim." This must have been 20 years ago but I laughed so hard I could barely drive my truck. It was farcical. But, here we are. What these types fail to realize is that it is going to backfire in a very bad way. When BLM threatened to come into my neighborhood a couple years ago I slept on my front room couch with a loaded Shield 40 and a fire extinguisher. If they entered my yard I was ready to terminate the problem. Everybody on my street was. We were all armed. But...they never showed up. It was a bluff. Maybe a test...a test they weren't willing to take. They're crazy, but they're not stupid. But, eventually the useful idiots will cross that line. How America will react to seeing half a dozen of these types lying dead on some family-man's front lawn is something we can't predict until it happens. My guess is that the father trying to protect his family will be profiled in the news as some sort of Nazi...

BLM went around "testing" many cities to see how the people would react. In my city, they showed up with support from the leftist mayor and held their protest... right in front of hundreds of openly-carrying, native voters backed by the police. The radio stations were very open that these troublemakers had been bused in from Portland to cause trouble and the citizens responded with vigor. It was a peaceful - but obnoxious - riot because neither the citizens nor the police would have tolerated anything else.

The other interesting point was that some eagle-eyed patriot noticed a couple of BLM people standing on the sidewalks away from much of the hubbub with pens and clipboards, noting down the responses of the people and police. (Probably looking for a sympathetic leadership.) When these people were approached by common citizens, they quickly left. We've never seen them back again.

Me dino enjoyed a chuckle a few years back when the police of Auburn, Alabama, forced Antifa thugs to removed their masks or be arrested, citing a (to fit any and all) law my state passed to unmask racists wearing KKK sheets during the Sixties.
That Antifa mob quickly went bye-bye, since very few if not none of them lived in Auburn. I would not be surprised to learn if none of them even lived in Alabama.

Pany-Fah (they gather in bunches). Showed up in Manchester New Hampshire on So. Willow Street (the business district). Every storefront, on both sides of the street, bristled with long rifles. All it would have taken was for one of these little maggots to 'test the waters'... As it turned out, not one of them had a death wish.
From what my cousin told me, for every firearm out in the open, 10 more were laying in-wait, my cousin included. Another friend some 10 miles out said he and all his neighbors dusted off their home defense plans... just in case.

In my small town they came and held their protest. Things were getting kind of loud around sunset and then the 2A guys showed up. Magically everyone was cordial. Just like a switch. We had people on the business rooftops with long rifles. Rooftop Koreans knew what to do.

That, and the fact the CEO of Raytheon was caught on tape bragging about the 3 billion they have already made in YouCrain while licking his chops saying "we will make another 5 billion in a mid-east war." The interview was quickly scrubbed from the internet.

This war could be stopped in a New York Minute.

Why is this not happening? Follow the money.

Time to all start singing the "Fish Cheer" (I-Feel-Like-I'm-Fixin'-to-Die Rag) -Country Joe MacDonald and the Fish, 1967.

I talked to a few friends in NYC on Sunday.
These are people I don't talk with about politics because they will never listen
to anyone who thinks the BLM "peaceful demonstrations" were actually riots by criminals.
Suddenly, the 'demonstrations' in NYC against Israel are actually riots by criminals.
I'm becoming convinced that NYC has a majority of irrational hypocrites.

It’s kind of fun to watch the Left get torn apart over this. The Right is pretty lockstep in support of Israel. For better for worse. Sure there’s some grumbling about money but that’s it. The left is going batshit crazy with eachother and the only reason it hasn’t gotten worse is the majority of virtue signalers haven’t figured out where the safe place to stand is yet. I’m surely not happy about the death and destruction BUT watching the BLM type tactics get denounced by the news media and demonstrators getting jailed is almost as much fun as watching Climate Change Activists get arrested at gunpoint by Native American Police. So far it’s just been old white hippy women running around with red paint on their hands getting manhandled out of meeting rooms. They need to get some old black women in there if they want to make a statement. Manhandling an elderly black woman out of a Leftist controlled courthouse will get you “mostly” peacefully protested in a heart beat. Hell, pay them to show up! That’s where you put your money if you want to win the next election.
If I could figure out how to make the Left absolutely hate each other I would. In a heartbeat. Some may say that I’ve lost my principles. I say we are well past the time for principles. Whatever it takes to win is what it takes.
As I’ve said before. The GOP has never had a better chance to fracture the DNCs voting base. And I am confident that they will F It Up on principle.

Thanks for the essay ... spot on.

These useful idiots are, in a more lengthy description: envy-intoxicated, painfully-unaccomplished, self-immolating, failed children.

This is the reaction that I have whenever I see them destroying something that they cannot, even remotely, match.
Watch as the slow, fat, inarticulate monster climbs a statue of Jefferson or Lee and attempts to tie a rope to tear it down.
Witness the mongrels pour like orcs out of a looted store, carrying whatever physics will allow, they have no concept or cranial material to touch an understanding of the requirements and effort necessary to build a business.
Stare in amazement as they brandish their big mouths inarticulately screeching about some imagined transgression.

When the hard times hit -- as in survival-level depletions of food and energy -- these idiots will be washed away like so much feckless dross.

We can only hope. The WEF may have their “Great Reset”. I’m cheering for the GREATER Reset. I know which ideology comes out on the other side. The same one that ALWAYS does when reality is allowed to take it’s course.

Walmart's timing, on the firearms issue, is now clear.

It was designed to keep me from standing outside of the ladies restroom, with a gun on my hip, while the wife was inside.

    Concealed doesn't count...
