SCOTUS BS, seeking to avoid being crushed if they actually do their job.

More stupid inability to put this in a meaningful category.

You ask how long can it drag it’s feet? At least until after the “Election Year Variant ensures the Mules have unfettered access to as many “ballots” as they need under the table at 3am.

I don't believe you are lost here, Thor. I can't imagine ANY of the Founding Fathers being unclear or even erring in favor of censorship on this issue. Sure seems like something powerful going on behind our view that has a corrupting influence on key points of our Republic going forward. Tiberius wannabe is in the WH.

Precisely. They totally went the wrong way. There is no justification for it. The evidence the the government violated our Constitutional rights is overwhelming.

I gave up on Robert’s, but was beginning to think several of SCOTUS were the last bastion of freedom. This is NOT a good indicator of that. Either I am lost on the facts, there is something else going on, or the swamp has gotten them too, like the coward, Roberts.

IMHO, SCOTUS seems to have gotten this backwards. That is, the government is now allowed to continue its censorship practices on social media until SCOTUS decides it is unconstitutional to do so when SCOTUS should have upheld the lower court ruling blocking censorship until it is decided it IS constitutional to do so (which we all know it isn't - no brainer for freedom minded people). Next question is how long can SCOTUS drag its feet in favor of censorship before it has to issue a ruling?

SCOTUS clearly ran from ALL 2020 election issues when it was CLEAR there was fraud and violations of the US Constitution

I don't think this was exactly the same action, but I think that that attempt to put a "gag order" on Trump's talking in public about his case is unConstitutional.

SCOTUS are just more controlled Deep State traitors.
No one gets into power if they aren't under control. Not after 2016.
That's why the 2020 election rigging was so obvious. They had no choice.
Trump was incompetent at dealing with the traitors in his administration, but he might
have learned to do it in a second term and upset the plan for enslavement of the human race.
That's why the controlled "Just-US" system refused to hear or otherwise shut down any
evidence of the stolen election of 2020.
They are all Deep State agents. Traitors.
The entire tableau of "charges" against Trump have been fabricated by traitors and
    their collaborators since 2015.
Trump isn't the answer. We are.
We must defend the American way of life that we have been trained to expect.
No one can do it for us. The time to refuse all unconstitutional orders is now.
