Dishwashers next appliance on the chopping block

How did the government get the power to regulate all this stuff? Dishwashers are already barely getting the job done. All this is going to do is force people to pre-wash their dishes - eliminating all those supposed efficiency gains.

Another freaking power grab by progressive leftists bent on destroying America...

    The government does not have the power, unless we succumb to what they say. Same with washing machines: It controls how much water used, the temperature of the water (especially for rinsing - always cold), how long it run. It is awful. Put, government's job is to destroy America. Ours is to keep it a free Republic.

    People refers to the group of Citizens collectively but is correct. Note the text of the Ninth and Tenth Amendments:

    Ninth: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

    Tenth: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

    Rights were always understood by the Founders as being individual in nature but exercised with the collective society of The People.

    Should be individual rights versus the mob. No such thing as People's Rights people is plural and thus a group of individuals which group acts with permission of the members and has no inherent rights, only permissions as does the governing body.

    She was my former Governor a few years back. And a complete evil piece of shit. She literally said she didn’t care what the more rural parts of the state had to say about anything because Metro Detroit could outvote all of us. Said it out loud. At least she was honest.

    1) Vote them out.
    2) Shoot them out.
    3) Civil Disobedience them out.
    1 & 3 haven't worked and if they can eliminate the 2nd Amendment, all is lost.

    Agreed. Any agency regulations they want to write have to go up through committee and be passed as law just like any other piece of legislation. You can bet that would scuttle a lot of this nonsense.

    I'd like to see us go back to a strict constitutional system. Nothing becomes federal law unless specifically passed by both houses of congress and signed by the president. NO "agency regulations". NO "executive orders". There is a long painful process for a reason - to limit government. Ignoring that process is the reason for much (if not all) of the government overreach that pervades our lives.

    Dishwashers also offer a level of cleanliness to keep us healthy. They probably work a whole lot better than the jab - or masks or any other Fauci BS.

    I hate to say it, but they will be going after the pets in a round about way. When they drive the human population into starvation, pets will become a food source. The Chinese and others know all about this.

    Granholm has zero background in energy. She was our former Governor in Michigan who messed things up big time. When ever the government says it is going to save you money it is always the opposite. It will be an additional expense - not savings.
