I was struck by the imperiousness of the quote from NP regarding DJT having to prove his innocence. The underlying premise comes from the Napoleonic Code. You are guilty until you can prove your innocence.

    Of course, because then you can "prosecute" anyone you don't like for any invented crime you want to hang on them. It's pure Bolshevism and it resulted in 30-40 million Russians being sent to the gulags. China saw 60-80 million turned in by their own friends and families and executed.
