...and it's hugely popular, almost certain to become law when President Musevini signs the bill into law. Musevini shrugs off criticism from outsiders saying he doesn't take orders from foreigners.
Another provision is life in prison for grooming/trafficking minor into homosexual relationship.
Biden administration, citing the law after bill is signed, is likely to roll out red carpet for LGBTQ+ Africans who want to claim asylum in US, fleeing such legislative actions--without any additional vetting for being otherwise criminal or disease infected.
