    Remarks on Twttr about the baiter are amusing but besides the point.

    From the small government viewpoint,
    What should be the role of a national government in holding or legislating for a strategic petroleum reserve?

    It could be that under current conditions of government gross interference in the market, such a reserve could alleviate some of the problems.
    Without the controls perhaps such a reserve is not needed.
