  The courage needed is in us. Mail in a letter to the SCOTUS to encourage them to act to defend the constitution and the freedoms of the People.

  I fear there is none. Not meaning to throw wet blankets but the time to address this through SCOTUS was when the states filed a suit and it was dismissed due to “Lack of Standing”.
  However, I do applaud the effort. And it is one more Litmus Test that will prove how utterly corrupted this nation is. I will send in letters with the underlying intention of gather the data that proves the assertion. Our Republic is lost.

Foster Gamble jut took up the banner to pass on the "Letter" to SCOTUS.
This distribution just jumped millions of contacts globally.

I am not generally a petition, appeal-to-government sort of guy...

But occasionally a surge comes along that is so leveraged that it holds great potential for real beneficial change. The Brunson Charge is being looked at by the Supreme Court of the United States shortly and the more numbers they see the more seriously they will take it, and we will be one step closer to justice.

Take a few minutes to look at this and write two letters. Thank you!

FFA, I added a post to Government about this very topic. It hasn't been noted by the media, for obvious reasons, If this is judged in the affirmative (a really long shot, but because it comes at the problem from a different direction it might be allowed a fair hearingl), my biggest question is this. What happens next? Will it be ignored, battled, Justices arrested?
