This case is about 100 Representatives bringing "issue" forward and the rest ignored a rule of law concerning. You need to read the Case and procedure.

I look at this as I would a sailing yacht race. Never give up until crossing a finish. I've seen races won and lost by seconds because of attentiveness or relaxation.
And while this suit demonstrates good tactic and strategy I can't see which way the wind shifts. Should it be upheld in the manner of Representative Republic Law, I wonder at the complexity and time to dispel 50 years of concentrated propaganda.

The Brunsons have been dealing in this arena for over a decade. I began my foray into Federal law and Regulation just over 10 years ago. There are enough individuals who (WHO) have been "pushed" by this 50-year encroaching system of "takeover". Those born mid 20th C., who were not bombarded with inane "messaging", or had lifestyle or outside interests that precluded the bombardment exposure, have better buffers of "reasonableness".

SCOTUS is in a bad position if they refute. Aiding and abetting would be the result, if I'm not mistaken. The judges can exonerate themselves by upholding law. If nothing else, the decency of the suit should be spread amongst the peoples of this nation, that a candid review be available. If this is in mind it can be in action.

I couldn't get the video but I skimmed the court document PDF. So I get this. Brunson is suing all the 300+ scum who ignored the rigged election from the House to the Senate to Joe and QueMala. There is a contention between two principles. The Doctrine of Equitable Maxim and The Doctrine of the Object Principle of Justice. Trying to read farther I can't see the essence of the argument, but it Sounds Like Equity vs. Logic. I'm probably wrong. I'm confusing the use of the word Equity with the social justice bullshit equity.

It sounds like a long shot. But clearly it's made it's way to the Supreme Court and it was carefully written and considered.

I love this show, but it was better a year ago when he did 3 hours. The intro is scary.
