Doesn't $80B funding seem a bit extreme? I had to double check the figure before I could believe it. No doubt. Multiple media sources have the same #.

Looks like they expect to be busy. Busy doing what?

Previously, although not being a Democrat, I was becoming a kind of fan of Manchin, but he has disappointed me; I reckon he threw his constituents under the bus. I'm glad I am not a resident of his state.
