MSNBC Afraid Twitter To Be Used To Ban A Candidate

As near as I can tell, this is legit. I've seen the video, and although it smacks of something from The Bee or The Onion, I think it's real. I'm putting it into Technology since it relates directly to Musk's Twitter purchase; I could probably have put it into several other categories, including Humor or Politics.

MSNBC host Ari Melber is lamenting Musk's purchase of Twitter because he's afraid that it could be used to ban a major party's candidate. And he looks like he's serious as he says it.

He's got several simply outstandingly idiotic quotes, but this one shows just how much of an obliviot he really is:

" 'If you own all of Twitter or Facebook or what have you, you don’t have to explain yourself, you don’t even have to be transparent, you could secretly ban one party’s candidate or all of its candidates, all of it nominees.' "

I couldn't write something this funny and idiotic if I spent a week trying. If I screwed up the url, you can easily find it on foxnews.com.

A wonderful mindful person will always recognize their own short comings, on the other hand a mindful observer will recognize the Quality of character of the observed.

I agree with your assessment of "Kat". Thank you Dobrien. Lovely? In some ways, I do think so, but still working on most of it :)

Other Kat? I'm still me, katrinam41. I've been here from nearly the very beginning, Marcus Katabri. Dobrien has the same idea. It's me! I exist! What other Kat is there? Ahha! It's a plot to cancel me by driving me mad. Mad. Mad.MadMAD!!!
    I feel better now :)

Having been censored on Facebook and having posts never appear, I read that incredible piece of...of what? Words fail me. The main thought that comes to mind is Orwell's doublethink. It really exists.

I do not have precise examples readily available but I submit the left on twitter has already done the things they say might be done by the right.

    You got that right!
You can't get anything into a Liberal's mind that is constitutional or is common sense. Free Speech is not so much for you as it is for the person you disagree with.

The word "oblivious" comes to mind when listening to this Ari-MSNBC Crank. Tone-deaf might be another term to describe this silly, over-paid lout.

The lefties are either not self-aware of their hypocrisy and/or so evil that they prefer their tyranny to our freedom, and likely both.

"I couldn't write something this funny and idiotic"

I'd call it ironic and hypocritical.
