"They don't know where he is, and they're going to be edgy and jumpy," she said. "Don't get in their way. They're in a special state of consciousness right now, and they're not used to being hunted."

Wow..stay out of the police's way or your asking for it, I guess. Cuz their jumpy.

Today's cops are mostly the dredges and ogres who couldn't find another job if they bought it. I just bought a dash cam/recorder for my vehicle so I can document what happens should I get "pulled over" or encounter an illegal checkpoint.

These "jumpy" officers need to be fired. I thought they were supposed to serve and protect, not shoot at citizens who don't even match a suspect's description OR posing any kind of a threat. California! I'm surprised they haven't accidentally shot each other.

Clearly they don't understand, and I quote, "Guns are for grown ups", or at least cops that aren't legally blind. They should be arrested. Then find out who was getting the bounty offered on the correct suspect.
