Disney pledges to embed radical sexual politics in its children’s programming.

Excerpt:
"In the wake of Florida’s Parental Rights in Education legislation, which prevents public schools from promoting gender ideology in kindergarten through third grade but which critics call the “Don’t Say Gay” bill, Disney executives organized an all-hands meeting, called the “Reimagine Tomorrow Conversation Series,” and pledged to mobilize the entire corporation in service of the “LGBTQIA+ community.” Executives recruited the company’s most intersectional employees, including a “black, queer, and trans person,” a “bi-romantic asexual,” and “the mother [of] one transgender child and one pansexual child,” and announced ambitious new initiatives—seeking to change everything from gender pronouns at the company’s theme parks to the sexual orientation of background characters in the company’s films.

In a featured presentation at the meeting, executive producer Latoya Raveneau laid out Disney’s ideology in blunt terms. She said her team was implementing a “not-at-all-secret gay agenda” and regularly “adding queerness” to children’s programming. Another speaker, production coordinator Allen Martsch, said his team has created a “tracker” to ensure that they are creating enough “canonical trans characters, canonical asexual characters, [and] canonical bisexual characters.” Corporate president Karey Burke said she supported having “many, many, many LGBTQIA characters in our stories” and reaffirmed the company’s pledge to make at least 50 percent of its on-screen characters sexual and racial minorities.

The ideological campaign also extended to the company’s theme parks in Anaheim and Orlando. As diversity and inclusion manager Vivian Ware explained, Disney made the decision last year to eliminate all mentions of “ladies,” “gentlemen,” “boys,” and “girls” in order to create “that magical moment” for children who do not identify with traditional gender roles. Reminds me of an old Weird Al song about being on daytime talk shows... Those weird talk shows. About transsexual Nazi Eskimos They're rude, crude and vile. Just for a minute let's flip down the dial. Flip, flip, flip, eww, ...

I love Six Flag over Texas and I did the same thing with King. Loved reading him but can not support his demented leftist BS.

IMHO, Disney's descent started back in the 90's when Eisner took over. Prior to that I used to love watching Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom and Disney family movies on Sunday night. The classics like Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Swiss Family Robinson and many others are still grand productions to me. Even more recent classics like Lion King I still consider positive movies. But their animated features have really dropped in family quality over the past twenty years especially. And their acquisition of Marvel Studios, LucasArts, and ESPN have all been incredibly disheartening to me.

From a business perspective, this catering to the one percent just makes no sense to me - especially when it ticks off at least 50% in doing it. One would have thought that the Dixey Chicks would have been a cautionary tale, but it appears that many people are too busy injecting their political views - especially their corruption and perversion - into the lives of others instead of celebrating the family.

My prediction is that all this will come to a head in the not-too-distant future and the world will be assisted in remembering that there is more to life than indulgence and entertainment.

A movie called Pirates Of The Caribbean? Oh, I dunno. Remember Cutthorat Island? It bombed.
Brain Eaters From Venus may be a better idea.

That is exactly what I am doing.

Here's another example of me voting with my money. I am an avid reader 30+ books every year. One of my favorite authors was Stephen King but a couple years ago he took a very Left wing stand publicly and I decided that I would not patronize his books any longer. Now I understand that the amount of money he receives off of my purchase is miniscule but he will not get another cent from me.

If more of us took a stand based on our beliefs we could sway them. So I do my part.

2/3 of the humanities in Universities are Marxist rot. Defund the Postmodernists! They cause more death than police.

I never read a whole lot about Scientology but superficially. I saw that celebrities were in it and you have to pay a lot of money to progress through the levels, I thought it was a philosophical Ponzi scheme, I could be wrong.

We are coming to find out that many many things we have been programmed to believe is the real warped fantasyland.

Or is he? Some suspicious relationships point to the contrary, unfortunately. This destruction of reason and supporting the individual has been in play for our whole lifetimes. All of the nihilism leads you right back to The deletes. For a reference to the timeline See Norman Dodd interview with the author of Jekyl Island author G Edward Griffith. Of course Atlas Shrugged was published my birth year 1957. Walt has a history that gives me pause as to who he really was.

Scientology was teaching the dangers of emotional reactivity and how to recognize it in yourself and others
and how to control it in yourself. While I never took any courses, I was impressed by the way it was
explained to me by a Scientologist.

This is all part of the New World Order. The plan includes raising children under the Critical Race Theory to have induced guilt regarding their ethnicity and confusion regarding their gender identity. This will create a compliant child to the left's political agenda and isolate the child from their parents. The LBJ War on Poverty has successfully enslaved the black community to the government teat. CRT and Gender Identity is the logical next step. IMHO

Before I reached the Eighties, I leaned a quick nap refreshed me just as well.
Now in the neighborhood of 5PM me old dino usually on a regular basis needs a nap for just 20 minutes or so,

    Here Here.
Disney took stuff that had been previous works of art, and rebranded them as his unique flavor, and then "protected" them long past his life.
    Very questionable...
    Stop doing this!
Life of the Author. Not the "owner"
