Judicial ethics and Roberts completely misses the boat

I question the wisdom of having judges decide for themselves which cases they should recuse themselves from. Justice Kagan is a classic example, as she failed to recuse herself from the Obergfell case even though she had been a lawyer in the State Department arguing it!

Judges who refuse to recuse themselves should be up for automatic impeachment...

"...judges refused to hear the evidence." That is so irritating I can't wrap my brain around it. It underscores the notion the Founding Fathers attempted lay the foundation of a justice system, but we somehow ended up with a legal system and the two are not the same.

Roberts has been compromised in my opinion. Maybe it's a Epstein thing or similar...I don't know for sure. But, there's something going on there...

There is not one branch of this government that can be said to do the proper job they were elected, appointed or hired to do. I can see no way to clean the mess up short of a complete failure of the entire system.

They are taking the title 'Supreme' to mean them. Bad move.

    👍 Thanks, blarman.
Hardly any surprise that in nearly every challenge to the stolen 2020 election, judges refused to hear the evidence. Traitors abound in the judiciary.

Roberts should not use words he does not understand, like "ethics"
