Fakebook Admits in Court Filing That "Fact-Checks" Are Only Fakebook's Opinions, Not Facts At All

Fakebook admits to Lying and Censorship and Treason To Promote A Communist Agenda.

Excerpt:
"Such "fact checks" are now shown to be simply an agenda to supress [sic] free speech and the open discussion of science by disguising liberal media activism as something supposedly factual, noble, neutral, trustworthy, and based on science.

In light of Facebook's admission, it's time for the Washington Post to offer a correction to this piece by Ethan Porter and Thomas J. Wood, published less than a month ago, titled "Fact checks actually work, even on Facebook. But not enough people see them."

So-called "fact-checking" is a fraud used to cover up the censorship of opinions that that differ from those of the powerful Silicon Valley oligarchy. And now we have proof attested to in a court filing by one of the richest companies in the world, represented by some of the most elite lawyers in the world."

As one of the obviously targeted (I think because I post sane, fact-based statements and articles, which aren't easily used to block or ban, even by their funky so-called standards), I can find it sad and somewhat pathetic to see the so-called "fact checkers" repeatedly announce some obscure nuance to a post I made as "out of context." I've had them suddenly announce a post I made three years ago was finally discovered to be out of context by some extreme stretch of imagination, justifying them limiting the number of people who can see what I post.

Rather than leave the platform, I find it enjoyable to twist their little tails in knots, wasting time trying to find some possible scent of something I post they can find an excuse to knock my standing down. I don't really care if I have an audience for my posts, so long as I make them expend out of proportion resources to try to limit the spread of my comments. I think it's funny to see them go to extreme limits to try to limit the spread of my ideas, as enough people share my posts that the word gets out anyway.

In saying this, Facebook was not admitting a lie, it was perpetuating one.

One of the defenses to a defamation suit is that the disparaging statement directed at the plaintiff was not an alleged fact at all, but merely a statement of opinion and thus not subject to defamation law. Facebook has lied, in multiple cases now (Candace Owens was one), by saying that a "fact check" does not purport to state an actual fact, and therefore FB should not be penalized when its so-called "fact checkers" publicly declared her posts false.

The fact that the courts let them get away with this shows that that part of the system is broken. I hope it is overturned on appeal.

The new approach to destroying the First Amendment through private "bots". This way they didn't have to kill the Second Amendment first.
