I am very curious to learn how the Elko County (my county) Commissioners are going to weigh in on this. Recall that Elko and Lander Counties announced with much ballyhoo that they were now Constitution Counties and no unconstitutional laws would be enforceable within their boundaries.

When their rubber meets the road will they end up with road rash?

no thanks. There are advantages to living with a group of people, but only if they leave you to live your own life and dont try to control you. Otherwise, I would rather live alone in the mountains somewhere.

Several big companies like Micron have similar policies which require unvaccinated workers (regardless their recovery from COVID) to get daily testing before they can go in to work. Ridiculous thing is that most of them were working at home and being very productive... Stupidity on top of wokeness on top of ... It's insane.

Now there you go again, confusing "science" with facts. Don't you know that the hysteria justifies everything we want to do? [/sarcasm]

This is just another ploy by the government to force people into submission. It shouldn't be tolerated and it sure as heck isn't based on any real science given that the "vaccines" don't do anything but kill people...

The costs of useless weekly testing can be eliminated by eliminating useless weekly testing. All these costs forced on those who refused the mRNA serums (they aren't really vaccines) are political and artificial.

Given what we know through empirical evidence of the transmissibility of COVID through vaccinated people (cough Israel...cough Ireland) I’d like to know exactly what burden the state is claiming to justify any of this.
Fight this out in a court of law where ALL of the evidence can be presented without the omnipresent shrieking of the woke.

It appears that Nevada was providing their employees sickness coverage and forcing the taxpayers to pay for it.
Now they are going to force only the unvaccinated to pay their own way while the vaxed continue to rip off the taxpayers.
