As Predicted, WHO Changes Inaccurate "False-Positive" Testing Policy to reduce COVID "Cases" By 90% One Hour After Biden Inauguration

I’ve been saying it for months. In fact, I documented it on October 27, 2020, for posterity: As soon as Joe Biden became president, the narrative on COVID-19 would change. Today, the World Health Organization (WHO) proved me right.

In August of last year, The New York Times published an article stating that as many as 90% of COVID-19 tests in three states were not indicative of active illness. In other words, they were picking up viral debris incapable of causing infection or being transmitted because the cycle threshold (Ct) of the PCR testing amplified the sample too many times.

Labs in the United States were using a Ct of 37-40. Epidemiologists interviewed at the time said a Ct of around 30 was probably more appropriate. This means the CDC’s COVID-19 test standards for the PCR test would pick up an excessive number of false positives. The Times report noted that the CDC’s own data suggested the PCR did not detect live virus over a Ct of 33. The reporter also noted that clinicians were not receiving the Ct value as part of the test results.

Yet a PCR test instruction document from the CDC that had been revised five times as of July 13, 2020, specified testing and interpretation of the test using a Ct of 40. On September 28, 2020, a study published in the journal Clinical Infectious Diseases from Jaafar et al. had asserted, based on patient labs and clinical data involving nearly 4,000 patients, that a Ct of 30 was appropriate for making public policy. An update to the CDC instructions for PCR testing from December 1, 2020, still uses a Ct of 40.

Shortly before the New York Times article was published, the CDC revised its COVID-19 test recommendations, saying that only symptomatic patients should be tested. The media went insane, and Dr. Fauci went all over television saying he was not part of the decision to change the testing standards:

“I am concerned about the interpretation of these recommendations and worried it will give people the incorrect assumption that asymptomatic spread is not of great concern. In fact it is.”

PREDICTION: Joe Biden Would Manage COVID-19 in One of Two Ways — Both Should Infuriate You
So, of course, Fauci had spoken, and the guidelines went back to testing everyone, all the time, with an oversensitive test. The idea that asymptomatic spread was a concern as of August was just one of many lies Dr. Fauci told. At the beginning of the pandemic in late January, he said:

The one thing historically that people need to realize is that even if there is some asymptomatic transmission, in all the history of respiratory borne viruses of any type, asymptomatic transmission has never been the driver of outbreaks. The driver of outbreaks is always a symptomatic person. Even if there is a rare asymptomatic person that might transmit, an epidemic is not driven by asymptomatic carriers.

There is not a single study or meta-analysis that differs from Fauci’s original assessment.

Today, within an hour of Joe Biden being inaugurated and signing an executive order mandating masks on all federal property, the WHO sent out a notice to lab professionals using the PCR test. It said:

WHO guidance Diagnostic testing for SARS-CoV-2 states that careful interpretation of weak positive results is needed (1). The cycle threshold (Ct) needed to detect virus is inversely proportional to the patient’s viral load. Where test results do not correspond with the clinical presentation, a new specimen should be taken and retested using the same or different NAT technology.

This translates to “in the absence of symptoms, a high Ct value means you are highly unlikely to become ill or get anyone else sick in the absence of very recent exposure to an infected person.” Dr. Fauci knew this in July when he said that tests with a Ct above 35 were likely picking up viral debris or dead virus. Even at a Ct of 35, the incidence of virus samples that could replicate is very low, according to Jaafar et al. The only state I know that requires reporting the Ct with every test is Florida, which started this policy in December.

Biden Taps Transgender Health Official With Horrifying COVID-19 Nursing Home Record
The WHO went on, stating:

Most PCR assays are indicated as an aid for diagnosis, therefore, health care providers must consider any result in combination with timing of sampling, specimen type, assay specifics, clinical observations, patient history, confirmed status of any contacts, and epidemiological information.

In short, a positive PCR test in the absence of symptoms means nothing at a Ct of higher than 30, according to the experts interviewed by the New York Times and according to Jaafar et al. Yet positive tests is the number CNN loves flashing on the screen. If the percentage found by the Times in August holds, there have been approximately 2.43 million actual cases to date, not 24.3 million. There is also no way to calculate the deaths from COVID-19 rather than deaths with some dead viral debris in the nostrils.

What I have referred to as the “casedemic” since September will be magically solved just in time for Joe Biden to look like a hero. For doing absolutely nothing. Do not tell me there is not a politicized deep state in these health agencies. Do not ever tell me I need to listen to Dr. Anthony Fauci again. And every business owner who has been ruined because of lockdowns due to a high number of “cases” should be livid. Any parent whose child has lost a year of school should be furious.

None of this was for your health. It was to get rid of Orange Man Bad.

"Productively" is a subjective term; what may seem productive to me might seem so to someone else.

For example, I think it would be EXTREMELY productive to stage a military coup to toss out the current administration, and completely re-do the election, but with the rules that were in place before C19 blew up the world.

I'm sure that others look at that as treasonous, seditious, whatever. Don't much care. I don't want to overthrow the current regime; I simply want to throw out the results and give both sides a reasonable chance at winning.

To me, that would be productive.

See, that's the thing. How do we do that? I honestly do not know. But if we do nothing, we let them get away with it.

The first I heard of the CT was in Ted Cruz's podcast. He was saying the same thing....any number of cycles over 30 were invalid, and yet, the tests and the high number of cycles, continued. Because we gotta make those FREE people pay for being free.

I think they should have figured it out already....but I know people smarter than me who are swallowing the entire story. I wondered about it and then I realized that while they are not afraid for themselves, they are terrified for their spouses and children, who are, of course, the most precious things in their lives. If this only MIGHT be something for them to worry about, they will do so.

And in doing so have given up so much.

BTW I have never had a COVID test. Is that something most people do as a matter of course? Just wondering.

The majority of actions by the fed gov since 1960 have been a waste and counterproductive to Americans, liberty, and free markets.
    (Probably true since 1860.)

Yes. In February, I was clued into the Comorbidity part of the equation... 300k Chinese returning to Italy and the textiles / garment industry after spending time in China for the New Year... cases / deaths break out in Italy. One sentence provided illumination: Deaths were occurring in the older, diabetic, smoking, obese, male population. Comorbidities.

Add to that the C19 death predictions coming from Neil Ferguson -- Imperial College of London ... a guy who has been making alarmist / false predictions for nearly two decades. One man -- given a microphone -- and his words fit right into the narrative.

Many are livid and a lot of people are furious. Now -- how to channel that anger productively?

Vietnam was a total hoax. I was 1-A during that time and was prepared to move to canada to NOT go to vietnam. They cancelled the draft fortunately and I didnt have to do the move. Today, I am done with the USA under the leftists. Not sure what to do except to cut back on expenses and tax payments.

I am trusting my own experiences more and more of late. I dont personally know anyone who died of covid, not to ignore that some have indeed died horrible deaths from it. I just dont think it was as prevalent as portrayed by the government- who wanted to increase power and make us wear ineffective masks.

I do think that people are changing their views of government power as a result- at least to a small degree. Plus, cultural changes are occurring, like people going out to eat less and staying home with family more. Trump showed us to speak our minds. I am cutting expenses 20% and ceasing buying things I dont need. Got rid of directv. Not buying a new car for at least 2-3 years. Was thinking of solar panels, but not now. Cut electricity use 20% instead.

In reviewing the margin of Biden's win, it is overwhelmingly clear that without COVID, Trump would've walked away with the election. FFA has provided overwhelming evidence that the numbers are completely inflated, and the restrictions silly.

Biden's recent EO, will fall right in line with letting this all fade away, and attribute the solution to him.

I dont believe anything governments say anymore. Too bad for them, as their credibility is zero with me. At this point I have to re-evaluate whether I will obey any laws, one by one. If I think the law is moral and right, I obey it. Otherwise, I ignore it.

Just another example of the lack of credibility in the federal government. Why am I not surprised?. What is not mention that has been discussed in the past is comorbidity. I know for a fact that in my county if a dead person tested positive regardless of the circumstances the official cause of death was covid. Never mind the person died of keto acidosis from poorly controlled diabetes or was shot in the head during a family argument.

Well why not? We're now going to give them $400m. Thanks to Biden's pen.
