After all that's happened, I can't trust A Gov. Ducey, but in this I can appreciate what he's doing.

    Yes, many times. The trouble with Prescott is that it's become a magnet for transplants. Prescott is about two hours from Phoenix which makes it attractive to transplants. As a result prices have risen.

    Williams AZ, West of Flagstaff, is pretty nice as well and not as pricey.

    Payson or Strawberry is pretty nice to. Far more wilderness looking forestland than Prescott and an impressive cliff. But these days land is pretty pricey in AZ, particularly where there are trees.
