I really don't care that she inherited it. So she got a quick start. She still managed what she had, and worked it into a whole lot more. That means she either worked very hard, or she hired people who worked very hard to manage her assets. Either way she had the brains to get good people that worked hard to keep it.

I have an uncle that inherited a small fortune and lost it within two years. From that experience he learned the value of money and has become very wealthy. He would be much more so if he would have learned the value of work and money before blowing his inheritance.

It took work to keep it as well as build it. If you get lazy you loose it, unless you have others who manage your affairs for you who work hard.

Huh??? Nooooo. I said nothing about her opinion of herself whatsoever. Perhaps my sarcasm was lost on you.

They forgot to mention the word "hard work" in the title, which is what she was really saying. How dare she tell poor people how to get rich, what does she know? Seriously, what is with all the rich haters? Is it envy, or pissiness about their own laziness? So what if she inherited some of it. Since when is that a sin? Good for her, I say.

I would add, "Don't smell or taste like an ashtray and you'll get a date."
