The foreperson on Roger Stone’s jury ran for Congress as a Democrat in 2012, it was revealed Wednesday.
Tomeka Hart revealed her role on the jury in a Facebook post defending four prosecutors who quit the Stone case in protest over a revision to the Trump confidante’s recommended prison sentence.
Hart’s social media activity shows she closely followed the special counsel’s Russia investigation, and frequently posted negative stories about President Donald Trump.

TDS is very real. People that I have known and associated with for years have disappeared. The party politics is their religion. A conversation while driving with a lefty friend resulted in discussion on climate change ... She could not believe that there was anyone who denied climate change (as politically advertized). I walked down the list of assertions made by the warmists and illustrated refutation after refutation. She was silent. Many weeks later, that silence continues. It is odd. She is a 30 year scientist/engineer. Belief is often unassailable and trumps reason and logic.

What was also interesting was that when she was questioned during voir dire she said that she hadn't been following the Trump/Russia story very closely even though her social media posts told a very different tale. Methinks that this not only calls for a retrial, but may represent a prosecutable offense on her part...

You left out "the facts are UNDISPUTED." (in the impeachment travesty of "justice.")

No, I know of several witnesses who disputed them vigorously....the DumbDems just ignored them.

Trump is going to pardon him, Flynn, and Manafort anyway. That will come Nov 4th, no matter how the election comes out.

Yeah, it's tough to get justice in a Soviet court when the jury is being lead by a party apparatchik.

I've heard several interviews of Stone. I think he's innocent.

Someone should have questioned party affiliations of those selected. I'll bet it she'd been a Republican they would have.

See there. In order not to be charged with a crime, one must become a Democrat. Can you believe this crap? I no longer have any Democrat friends. They know how I vote! I'm not even invited to their social occasions. Thank Heaven.

“As foreperson, I made sure we went through every element, of every charge, matching the evidence presented in the case that led us to return a conviction of guilty on all 7 counts,” she wrote.

    Oh, sure.

Like in the Trump impeachment trial, all witnesses were telling the truth and provided a solid foundation for Schitty's witch hunt...

We know how "going through every element" works in Dem justice....
