pS I just upgraded from 7-10ms .But 95% I use iPad for gulch .

In the private sector, effective measures have been implemented to prevent it.
Although private sector employees have a job to perform and don't have time for visiting porno sites.
They have to perform or they are fired.
A rule that is unknown for public employees.
