This is not as serious a post as most on this forum, but I am back and my occasional randomness comes in tow.

Funny fact... If you are on a trip to the local range for good family shooting time, with your car radio is going and you are not paying attention you may hear your 7 year old girl singing along with Queen's "Fat Bottomed Girls." This may cause you to laugh until you literally hurt.

I will never be able to listen to this song with a straight face again.
BTW, who has seen "Bad Words"?

My laughter pissed some people off... I guess. I might lose sleep over it... probably not tho.

    OMG....

The second I read that, the tune started going through my head.
12-13 years old, images of Harlan's restaurant north (?) of Davenport, Ia, great hot beef sandwiches and cold lemonade on a hot afternoon. Traveling home from work on that highway, about halfway through I began to figure out what they were talking about...

If she starts singing "Bohemian Rhapsody" you might start saving up for Julliard.

I don't know the connection, but you reminded me of this song.

I would get on the highway in my little Triumph Spitfire, turn this on and oh, it was fun. It almost requires a clutch to listen to.

"I'm so excited!" (::pop clutch:: ::downshift:: ::hit the gas::)
"And I just can't hide it!" (::pop clutch:: ::upshift:: ::hit the gas::)
"I'm about to lose control, and I think I like it!" (weave in and out of traffic)

    Yes, I was young, once.

my 5 year old niece likes to belt out Cheap Trick's "Surrender"
when Kira was in grade school, she and the neighbor girl would sing at the top of their lungs Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive." They were so intense, walking out the door was considered
