This is disturbing in the extreme. These thugs are evil to their core. Their belief system in based in hatred, intolerance and cruelty. This is what we can expect more of because of the weak president we currently have in office.

    This, indeed, is the root of Islam, which is a designer religion created by Mohammed to unify his forces, subjugate the conquered, and aggrandize his narcissistic megalomaniac self. It's root is ancient Arabic moon-god worship and all the ritual that goes with it, including groveling to the meteorite in Mecca. Mohammed's tribe worshiped the moon-god "Allah" and started out by looting neighboring tribes and forcing them to worship the same pagan god. Military victories reinforced the superstitious concept that the winner's god must be the superior god so "Allah" got off to a good start. The successful looting, slaughtering, and enslaving perpetrated by the followers of Mohammed across Northern Africa and the Middle East only added to the lie that there must be some "truth" to this pagan Islam business. Mohammed was obviously no dummy because he was smart enough to know he wouldn't get away with declaring himself god-on-earth in the manner of a Pharaoh or Caesar at that time. Therefore, chief-and-final-prophet would work just fine. Definitely a well thought out slick move to manipulate the superstitious masses. Mohammad's whole koran BS is nothing more than a propaganda piece to expand political power over the gullible and strike cowering fear or death onto the not so gullible. It was written to hold onto the moon-god worshipers, who were the core of his army at the time, and yet offer an avenue to convert other religions by making it look like Allah and name-your-god were the same entity. Again, slick, very slick!

    Add to that the religious permission to perpetrate any manner of heinous crime or act, as long as it is in the name of the pagan moon god, and you have a nasty uncivilized force to deal with. One of the greatest tragedies of man's history is the fact that Islam didn't die with Mohammed. His immediate followers grew too powerful and rich to let it go, so we suffer with it to this day. Seventh century Arabian tribal mind set with 21st century weapons. Bad mix. BUT, THIS IS WHAT ISLAM IS!

      The pagan "moon-god" theory was proven to be fabricated ages ago. In any case, Islam is socialist in its orientation. That is enough to discredit it. Going beyond that with unsubstantiated theories that have discredited by mainstream scholars of religion only diminishes your argument against it.

        Why just the Middle East? The moon-god grovelers would be happy to murder anyone anywhere on the planet that even thinks what I've written here. A fatwa can be issued at anytime anywhere for the head of anyone.

            Actually, I don't think all Muslims are the devil's minions. I believe there are many intelligent people who happen to be part of the Muslim population that don't buy into all the crap their leaders are selling. They, however, are irrelevant. They do not set the agenda for world wide Islam, nor do they come out in any force to stop this mayhem that's been going on for centuries. They come out in droves to riot and protest a cartoon in a newspaper, but you can hear the crickets chirping in their communities as ISIS (or ISIL - whatever) slaughters its way across Iraq in the name of Islam. Then there are the really nice Muslim Iranian scientists working 24/7 so the Islamic regime can have its very own A-Bomb. Wonder where that's going. Allah akbar, indeed! Again, the so-called moderate Muslims are irrelevant.

      No, it is time to ignore them (except when we have evidence of a specific plot against us -- they we go after the plotters, no one else). We have wasted too much blood and treasure on the Middle East. Drill in our backyard and all of our problems are solved since their cash flow will be cut off (and they can go back to beating each other over the head until someone over there comes to their senses -- THEN and ONLY THEN, we can talk to them).

      Exactly, even in the high middle ages, the west had trials and beheading was reserved for the worst crimes, like treason. Yes of course, some of the trials were tainted and innocent people ended up getting executed, but the CONCEPT and LEGALITY of it was there. Stuff like this wasn't even tolerated in the middle ages, it would cause a revolt, or crusade.

        well we are no longer in the middle ages but we have what some think of as leaders who could care less about what the missing links do. and we the usa will not do a thing about. so much for leadership.
