I’m posting what iHeartRadio was willing to share. They have not willingly send any more information or what city records are available.

L.A. city officials have been drafting a Fair Workweek policy to get retail employees more steady work. Haley Potiker (pottick-urr) with L.A.'s Alliance for a New Economy says part-time and seasonal workers struggle most because they don't have consistency with shifts often being cut or added unexpectedly. The L.A. City Council could pass the Fair Workweek policy by the end of the year.

I will update the post as soon as I get more information.

There's only one way to save California, turn it over to Mexico and build the wall around it.

LA should just read directive 10-289 and just go for the gold and pass it and get it over with.

It's obvious we'll have to coin another term..."fair markets" will be a thing of the past if this keeps up.

That surely is a Wast of Time, Timewaster...laughing.
They will either close up shop, not hire extra employees or go to robots; maybe even self serve shopping with camera all over the place.

They are wanting to make it so we have to schedule them 3 weeks out so the have 2 weeks to ask for changes. my part timers on the dock get on call pay for showing up, if I do not put them on the dock in the first 2 hours of the show up. Now this will require I give them 4 hours pay for no work. I normally get them out to work or sent home in the first hour, so they get one hour on the clock for free.
They are claiming that I am creating them to have to much stress.
With the 15 per hour I am going to have to cut the part timers I have on call all together. SJW Group getting the city & then the county to force these regulations down our throats. read the Citywatch.com link it will blow you away.

This just passed this week in Chicago and now L.A. is next. It is the same idea and same name. So fair markets have basically killed unions in this country in the private sector. This bill has the local government imposing union type rules on all businesses.

So nice that the state will determine for every business how much they pay people and how many days a week a company can work their employees. Soon those working lesser days will need more money per hour to make ends meet. Automation. No work week considerations and no wages. CA weaving its own noise.

There will be a sucking sound as the jobs are lost to surrounding communities.
