Hope to reign in the EPA

This is a huge ruling on the bounds of the EPA. Of course I'd just like to see Congress amend the law to state that a navigable waterway has to be one in which a boat can and does actually travel down its length for commercial (not recreational) purposes. Let's just get that on the books and now you restrict the EPA from meddling in a LOT.

    To shut down the EPA is what I felt compelled to write here BEFORE I read the (2 at the moment) previous replies here.

    So the Obama administration took this man's last remaining time on this earth to make a political statement and make it a living hell. "If you like your freedom, you can keep your freedom."? Only if you have the courts on your side. And where does he go to get back those 18 months?

    His name is cleared? What a great news! After the EPA destroyed and literally killed him, his spirit should be happy?

    What a travesty!

    Under Hussein the EPA became a terror organization, one of his "legacies".

    It has to be cut down to size or abandoned.

    Another example of what happens when the people consent to federal meddling in local affairs.
    Shut down the EPA and every single agency that is not specifically allowed in the constitution by exact function. If the people need such meddling the people should authorize local/state government to do the meddling at the local level. One size does NOT fit all; it only lets central government steal production and liberty from people.
