    Sorry, but I am not allowed all that much time on these library computers. As to money going into the treasury, I don't think we should give a totalitarian state any sanction. I was against it when Nixon "normalized" relations with that country.

    Well, I clicked on it; I put in the earphones and listened for a few minutes, but it didn't seem to have any answer to my question as to why this country has people dealing with a totalitarian state, and why we don't just embargo it, instead of such namby-pamby half-measures as tariffs.
