Can you refile your own deed along with the court documentation validating it?

Did the County eventually accept your tax payment? The next step could be the County seizing the property for non-payment of taxes they didn't accept.

The County Clerk's Office wasn't bothered either. But later on they published a pamphlet on Property Fraud Alert that said 'How does it Happen? Someone records a fraudulent document in the County Clerk's Office making it look like they own your home.' Duh!

Not even in the same league, but I once discovered that someone just decided they were going to be the Registered Agent for my Texas Corporation (replacing me as official RA), and so they filed the papers and the transfer was made! And I only found this out while looking up something else on the Sec of State's website. I was apoplectic, but the SoS didn't seem bothered at all.

I filed a correction, and eventually it was made, but I can't help but wonder what plans those folks had for my C-Corp!

I hope you get your property back soon! That's a bit nuts.

Crazy lady filed a Deed over my Deed. District Court ruled for me. Fourteenth Court of Appeals ruled for me. Still don't have my property back.
