The US gov't has no right to the income derived in other countries - yet is the only nation in the world that taxes that income for companies HQ'd in the US.

BK will still pay all due taxes on sales in the US. That is all that is due. What this does do is allow them to shield income from outside the US from US taxes - and they have no right to that income.
