I got in touch with Ayn Rand in a German Theater play, Fountanhead and read A.S. afterwards enthousiastically. It describes the main evolements in our socity hard to express in a few words. It was very helpfull to see that Ayn Rand has imagined these things elsewhere or at different times, because it shows that there is a horrible system behing it.
