"The U.S. attorney appointed to examine the origins of the Russia investigation has been working on his review “for weeks,” a person familiar with the process told Fox News on Tuesday, to probe "all intelligence collection activities" related to the Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential election.
Fox News reported on Monday that Attorney General Bill Barr had assigned John Durham, the U.S. attorney in Connecticut, to conduct the inquiry into alleged misconduct and alleged improper government surveillance on the Trump campaign in 2016 as well as whether Democrats were the ones who improperly colluded with foreign actors."
"Durham, known as a “hard-charging, bulldog” prosecutor, according to a source, will focus on the period before Nov. 7, 2016—including the use and assignments of FBI informants, as well as alleged improper issuance of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants. Durham was asked to help Barr to "ensure that intelligence collection activities by the U.S. Government related to the Trump 2016 Presidential Campaign were lawful and appropriate."
A source also told Fox News that Barr is working "collaboratively" on the investigation with FBI Director Chris Wray, CIA Director Gina Haspel, and Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats, and that Durham is also working directly with Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who is currently reviewing allegations of misconduct in issuance of FISA warrants, and the role of FBI informants during the early stages of the investigation."
The fact that this has been on-going for several weeks without public knowledge is very interesting. Someone was very tight lipped on this
Also the fact that Barr is working with the DoJ Inspector General is very revealing. I would suppose that there are some if not many criminal referrals coming out of the IG report.

Q told US about Durham back in December.
As he has said many times about his drops past proves the future and vice a versa.

    Goodbye, Mr. Rosenstein.
    [RR] still overseeing SC?
    Schedule for tomorrow.
    Where is HUBER?
What if there's another prosecutor (outside of DC) assigned by SESSIONS w/ the same mandate/authority?

The links are not available any longer.
Thanks for reading the Q post. Regarding the links note the date 12/2018.
Paul Serran was banned from Twitter along with many other conservatives. James Woods being the most famous. They did throw a bone for an attempt at legitimacy and also banned Louis Farhikan.

As far as the house oversight committee site , it was scrubbed by the pencil neck Liddell Adam Schiff after the Dems took the house and he became the Chairman.

What I can't tell is whether this 'investigation' will include subpoena power and the ability to charge crimes or if it's just a report based on what people will voluntarily say like the IG.

Unless it's an actual criminal investigation we won't get anything other than a report that the Democrats will vilify as 'partisan' such as they are Barr's memo and testimony.

If, as I and many other suspect, there was an actual conspiracy to promote this, charging one of the conspirators and getting their admission in a plea deal will be necessary.

It boggles the mind that something like this could have been kept quiet as long as it has. There is still hope! I find this extremely interesting. Thanks for the Post!

Part of the reason it ws kept quiet (IMHO) is to escape the publicity of the MSM. investigation s should be relatively quiet tfor several reasons. To aboid damage to witnesses, to avoid leaks of information, to avoid letting the subject of the investigation know they are being investigated..

Hey, mminnick, when we were at Fort Hood (Texas) my 9 year old lost his breath when he saw a Sgt Major in dress blues! All those medals! He didn't even glance at the Lt Colonel at Thanksgiving dinner. That Sgt Major had an interesting last name.
