Ha ha. I believe Socialist types like that don't want to pay from their own pockets for things, though they may be very ready to burden the taxpayers. (reply to exceller's comment).
Haven't heard much about that lawsuit lately. Not real sure where to go looking for info either. I hope it is progressing and the young man and his lawyers put the Post out of business.......well my fantasies do run amok sometimes.
I agree with you. When he flipped and sided with the liberal justices on Obamacare, I lost all confidence in him. Something is wrong. He is a scum, or someone has pictures of him orally stimulating a Llama, or both.
Me old dino remembers how the 60s were down here in Not Such A Sweet Home Alabama back then. Today a "LGBTQ Bakery" may be ignored and/or laughed at by most in Tuscaloosa or Auburn; but back in the 60s ("LGBTQ" a term not yet in existence) a "Queer Bakery" would likely be firebombed Hmm, come to think of it, the term "gay" cropped up during the 60s. Recall during that decade reading an editorial in which the writer lamented the word "gay" being sullied by a homosexual movement due it being used in so much famous poetry. Me dino also recalls "--having a gay good time" as part of the new on TV The Flintstones title song when I first heard about the new use for the word "gay." Had four little brothers who kept the toons a-going on the TV.
I take it that in a town with a conservative college, that if a place of business was named "LGBTQ Bakery", the owners would not be harassed by any students? Maybe students are more rational today than I remember them in the 1960s? I recall that some of both liberals and conservatives were just as irrational as many students today.
Unfortunately insurance will likely cover much of this, the "students" involved have probably already graduated to their mother's basement and their apprentice-barista job, and the admins involved are still employed and will get their retirement benefits. The real win, as pointed out above, is if enrollment takes a mighty hit ala Univ of Missouri.
It’s very hard to win law suits against antifa members and other leftist mobs actively deconstructing innocent people’s livelihoods in their libelous fashion. Suing one of the many sources is easier and much more lucrative. I hope more lawyers get on the “make wokes go broke” bandwagon.
True. Need more people to sue like that, but it is very hard and expensive and you never know what the results will be. Just hope they can't find an Obama or Clinton judge to toss it out.
Theemoney leaves true enough but the purveyors of the philosophy and other garbage remain. There really won't be much difference at the college. Only if students leave and enrollment declines markedly will the school wake up and smell the crap they been dishing out.
Thanks for the reply
So good to see some real justice in take on the new American Lynching Left!

The bakers still need the dough though.

Convenient excuse.
Oberlin did not exactly play that role. It went out and flaunted its "rights" as if dictating the rules.
Move to a town with a lib college, name your place of business "A Straight Bakery" and wait.
They are around in great numbers, still. Despite of Roberts assertion that there are no Obama Judges.
