    Political correctness is another term for Newspeak. An attempt to control political thought by controlling what words are used.

      PC permeates every facet of life.

      If you let your thoughts be expressed freely, chances are you "offend" someone.

      In fact, being offended is the way of existence these days. You are "being disrespectful" by simply looking someone in the eyes on the street. Someone was killed for that by a black man.

      It is a deadly means of control pushed by the left. It flies in the face of common sense and reason, let alone nature.

      Its intention is to severe ties to the foundation of human existence.

        I am tending to think that if I say something that offends another, thats THEIR problem that if anything reflects on me for being inaccurate. Unfortunately, its often the truth that offends people, and thats too bad.

      Software engineering can be a prototype alternative to political correctness. Consider using a glossary of terms defined with mathematical precision. Garner has been the editor-in-chief of the "Black's Law Dictionary" and coauthor with Justice Scalia of "The Interpretation of Legal Texts". This is a positive direction away from newspeak. It gives force to an effort to clean up the corpus of founding and legal writings, from Magna Carta to Locke to the Declaration of Independence to the State Constitutions to the Articles of Confederation to the Constitution to the Federalist Papers to the Amendments to the Constitution to federal and state laws to SCOTUS rulings and presidential directives ... No?

    this is another device by the left to control us through societal means as opposed to their normal backroom shenanigans. In the past, if I offended someone, they got into my face just as I would, if I were offended. We used to communicate directly to each-other and not through trying to correct an outdated wrong.
    What we need to do is quit living the stereotypes (that is unless we just like continuing this charade)

    The first tool of any tyranny is to forestall and shut down through persecution any dissenting opinion. And when they are successful, freedom departs and slavery descends. And as the blinds come down on the unsuspecting and the room goes dark, those who have been there previously shake their heads and retreat to their carefully prepared redoubts, engaging the cloak of anonymity as they try to survive one more time.

    The left has learned the technique from A to Z. We see/hear it every day, that is why I don't listen or watch even Tucker because he puts them on the show.

        This is priceless! I watch Tucker, some of the time, just to see what's going on. I think Fox puts these crazies on not our boys and girls. And, it is a given that Trump hates communists. What do these idiots want? Do away with the Electoral College? Okay, kids give it a try. It can be defeated by a measly 13 states, but you can blow your brains on this!

          I will have to go back and find the link but....I have seen an outline of the US that shows color coded sections of states that have actually passed legislation to ignore the electoral college. some have only passed in parts of their legislature. I will go back and find a link.
