It is obvious that these 'students' are not aware that every person is presumed innocent and ENTITLED to counsel. This means the students have already prejudged the case and are also inflicting 'pain and suffering' on a lawyer who's believes in the rule of law despite his own feelings in the matter. Once they are lawyers they may be faced with being assigned a similar case, how then will they 'feel'?

My brother once gave me a World Book Encyclopedia set some years ago. In that Encyclopedia is a whole article containing the U.S.
Constitution. I am able to read it without ever having been to Harvard. Where do these spoiled,
arrogant adolescents get their notions?! I think maybe they got them from that same faculty at Harvard.--I'm glad I never went to such a liberal-
    arts college.

Ultimately this is a matter of reputation. Very soon, a Harvard degree on your resume will get you blacklisted, and that corrupt institution will have to shut down. And the same thing will happen to all the other SJW-whipped schools in turn.

What they learn at Harvard is that only radical Dem's are entitled to a presumption of innocence and to a sturdy defense. All other are guilty by accusation and should be imprisoned immediately. (see Kavanaugh hearings)

Weinstein was singled out. Why? Well, there are a couple of theories on this. I think it may have had to do with a project was had begun work on. Hollywood is full of his type. It's horrible. But, the lefties who run the place like it, so it will continue. I will say this...his (ex) wife is beautiful...

There was last century a trial following an exceptionally nasty rape of a teen girl. As I recall, the accused was found guilty but got off with a nominal punishment. The defense lawyer, Hillary Something, would today barred be from Harvard - or not.

That's horrible. When the scandal broke, I posted on this message board I didn't think it was right to call Weinstein a predator and that I think we go overboard treating crass and inappropriate behavior as rape. People said I must be fine with rape. https://www.galtsgulchonline.com/post...
I imagine people are telling Sullivan he must be fine with rape, giving people HIV, and so on.

Even if the crime were something like premeditated murder, we need suspects to have a good defense. Otherwise we do not know who's guilty.
