Supreme Court hands Trump administration a victory in immigration battle

The vote was 5-4. The reason so many Democrats wanted Kavanaugh keot off the court is clear now if it wasn't before. With the majority now conservative on most matters, it is going to be much more difficult for the Democrat party to get it progressive/socialist agenda approved both politically and judicially.
Maybe the country is safe for a while longer. I truly hope so.

    If RBG retires or passes the fight will be very interesting. A conservative justice would make it 6-3 for most cases and still 5-4 if Roberts waivers.

    The decision was 5:4, with Roberts siding with the conservative justices, for a change.

    Now on to the wall! Hope the sides stay intact.
